Dr. Linda Adamson, Superintendent of Pacific Grove School District since November 2023, has dedicated her 29-year career in education to fostering environments where students feel connected and supported. Her extensive background includes roles as a teacher, principal, and director in both private and public sectors, emphasizing the critical relationship between education and personal growth.
Previously serving for eleven years at the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District, including three as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, she focused on elevating expectations and dismantling barriers to enhance student outcomes. Dr. Adamson earned her Bachelor’s in Education from Johannesburg College of Education and advanced her focus on TK-12 administration with a Master’s and Doctorate from California State University of Fullerton. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to building trusting relationships and a supportive school culture that champions excellence and innovation.
